Neal Spencer - Group Director
Former rugby player Neal Spencer was responsible for setting up GNGs Sports division. Taking charge of the hands-on manufacturing Neal led the company towards its goal of becoming the leading manufacturer of branded Rugby Training Equipment 'mission accomplished'.

As well as continuing to develop the Sports Division, today Neal also focuses his attention on advancing the GNG Group as a whole.

In his spare time Neal is an armchair rugby expert who enjoys running, motorcycling, snowboarding and spending time with his family - not necessarily in that order.

Tracy O Hara - Sales and Customer Service
With more than 20 years retail sales, stock coordination and customer service experience, Tracy OHara was appointed as Komfi stock coordinator to provide sales and marketing support in the Komfi sales department.

However, she now does a lot more than that. As well as working on the new Komfi brochure and price list and other marketing projects, Tracy is getting more involved with the sales side of the business. From orders through to delivery and account processing, Tracy is in regular contact with customers.

Darren Potterton - Product Development and Production Manager
Darren Potterton has 25 years experience in the foam trade, working on the design and production of innovative foam based products.

Experienced in the use of FSA pressure mapping equipment, Darren knows how to produce products that have been tested to offer optimum results. He is also experienced in the use of automated and manual foam machinery including CAD design which means products can be precisely produced.

Darren has developed close working relationships with suppliers of foam and fabrics over a number of years enabling GNG to be at the forefront of the introduction of new material and the design of new products.
